What counts as an "active photoshoot"?
An active photoshoot is any shoot currently in your pipeline (Upload, Culling, Proofing, or Retouching). Once a shoot is marked as "Delivered", it no longer counts toward your active limit and moves to archived photoshoots.
How do slot limits work?
Each photoshoot includes up to 500 photos per slot. A photoshoot with 501–1000 photos uses 2 slots, 1001–1500 uses 3 slots, and so on.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard settings. Upgrades apply immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I reach my slot limit?
If you reach your active or archived photoshoot slot limit, you can upgrade your plan or free slots by delivering or removing older photoshoots.
